In May 1949, Prof. Henry Berg, ran his car on a road thinking of a song for the Conquistadors. Then he came to mind some words, stopped the car and wrote. He continued his journey and started thinking about the melody, although not a musician. But in his words: "God gave him a song." Arriving at his house presented the praise of his wife, sitting at the piano began playing c antar. Later, the anthem was taken to the music committee of the Heralds of the King, which approved it without any alteration. The anthem of the Pathfinders was formalized in 1952.
