All conquering club must have one of these. It is well to give a basic list to assemble our own.

Here we provide a list of the basic elements which must have a first aid kit is for unity, for club or home, and you can buy at any pharmacy without a prescription:

* Sterile gauze dressings (10 x 10 cm) wrapped separately to clean wounds and cover them later.
* Roll of duct tape five cm. wide, to set on the wounds sterile dressings and other uses.
* Box of various plasters (plasters)
* Roll of adhesive tape 2.5 cm wide.
* Package of cotton.
* Mild antiseptic for wounds. (As merthiolate, Mercuro chromium, gentian violet).
* Tube of petroleum jelly.
* Calamine lotion (Caladryl) for sunburn, insect bites, rashes and so on.
* Bottle of syrup of ipecac or mustard or some emetic (to induce vomiting).
* Powdered activated carbon to absorb ingested poisons.
* Box of baking soda.
* Small bottle of aromatic spirit of ammonia.
* Package with various tablets (analgesics, laxatives, anti-diarrheal, etc.).
* Halozona tablets or liquid used to purify water.
* Pair of scissors.
* Pair of tweezers or tongs.
* Pack of needles.
* Razor sharp or package of razor blades from a single edge.
* Bottle with eye drops.
* Box of wooden matches.
* Pocket flashlight.

The previous team is what should be provided in the kit, this means that if you use something you have to replace at the first opportunity.

The kit can be a small box of tools that are used with hinged lid. Mark everything clearly stating what it is, includes a first aid manual in the kit. And that is transportable.

Never lock the medicine cabinet.
