The Seventh-day Adventist Church is commissioned to understand the youth and train them to lead and serve the community.

The Pathfinder Club is a spiritual and recreational activity of the Church, designated for juveniles 10 to 15 years of age. The conquerors appeal to this age because of its work program that meets your needs and interests. Much of the Pathfinder Club program is mounted above the physical action. This is because juveniles of 10 to 15 years of age are at a stage of rapid development. They are filled with action, adventure, challenges, active groups and this comes opportunities for the development of new attitudes and skills to produce personal growth, team spirit or community census of loyalty, respect for God, His creation and His Church.

While the Pathfinder Club exists primarily for juveniles, one of its basic purposes is also to rally the parents and members of the Church through an involvement with the Club and its members. So-called generation gap disappears when together cultural, work and play, young and old in a common experience.

Significant relationships are forged when leaders and advisors come together to conquer to share, build confidence and work together.

The philosophy of the Pathfinder is formed on the promise that "children learn best by example than by concepts." Seeing the spiritual model and social values of the leaders and parents, they aspire to develop high moral principles, attitudes of love and care and determination to excel in their various objectives.

Young people learn most effectively in a positive atmosphere, happy and safe. The attitude of the leaders of the Club is therefore a vital ingredient for the success and effectiveness in this ministry for youth. One fails to hear and understand the needs of young people, only raise real barriers to spiritual growth and development and can be shown to be a contributing factor in making the Church and its mission somewhat unappealing to youth.
